High quality standard  fourniture  apartment, in Costa Smeralda style , very large, confortable, fully fournished. 

Within four bedrooms, two large bathrooms with shower, kitchen-dining room and living room,  very bright and well furnished with taste and elegance.  

The apartment  is in  two levels;

in  the ground floor we have 1 double bedroom, living room, kitchen, and a spacious bathroom with shower.

Downstairs, the other 3 bedrooms including two doubles and one with 4 beds (2 bunk beds) in a marine  style, 

and oak wood , perfect for children and adults,   2nd bathroom, and closet.

 Is really complete with all accessories;  Air conditioner ,   TV 42',   European channels ,  dvd ,  free WI FI  ,  dishwasher ,   washing machine, iron, hair dryer , coffè espresso machine ,  microwave ,   safe ,   patio furniture.

For groups of 12 people , I use  a second smaller apartment  that is below the main , on the lower level , with  the 5th double room  plus one bathroom with shower.   

The house is located in a quiet, recently built  residential area about 800 meters from the sea, surrounded by the beautiful colors of the Mediterranean vegetation, 15 minuts walking distance from the center, or 2 minuts by car .

There is  a nice veranda , garden with barbecue corner , and an amazing  view towards the sea, as there are no other buildings in front .

It has a large open space  for parking and it's very easy the  access from  the main street Via C. Colombo.
